Hi,

Ich kann mehrere Leiterplatten (PCBs) – verlötet oder unverlötet – mit einem OLED- oder TFT-Farbdisplay und einem ESP32-S3-Mikrocontroller anfertigen.

Bei Interesse füllen Sie bitte die Umfrage aus, damit ich die benötigte Bauteilanzahl abschätzen kann.

Dann wären da noch die SIO-Buchsen und -Kabel – die habe ich leider nicht und kann sie auch nicht anbieten. Deshalb hat TasmARI einen zusätzlichen Stiftleistenanschluss, an den man ein Beetle-Kabel anschließen kann :-)

Ich habe die aktuellen Preise geprüft:

PCB: 2 €
ESP32-S3: 5 €
PCB bestückt: 15 €
TasmARI mit ESP32-S3: 20 €
TasmARI mit ESP32-S3 + OLED: 23 €
TasmARI mit ESP32-S3 + TFT: 25 €

Ich habe 10 PCBs bestellt, aber es sind nur noch 8 verfügbar. Die ESP32s sollten nächste Woche eintreffen, ebenso die OLED-Displays (obwohl ich TFT bevorzuge). Ich empfehle Ihnen, Ihre eigenen PCBs zu bestücken und bei JLCPCB zu bestellen – die Versandkosten sind sehr niedrig.

Hinzu kommen die Versandkosten… die sind nicht unerheblich, etwa 15–17 Euro. Ich stehe mit einigen Leuten schon seit Jahren in Kontakt, daher könnte ich ein Sammelpaket verschicken oder die Sachen bei einem Treffen (z. B. in Fujiama) abgeben, aber ich möchte niemanden belästigen. Das überlasse ich Ihnen.

How do the versions with OLED and TFT differ from each other? And does/can TasmARI support Matter?

What's the size of the TasmARI? Maybe somebody could design a case for it.

Size is 10x9cm. I've plan to fit it to be ready fit @beetle's enclosure used for Fujinet but not with this PCB batch.
OLED display is mono only but has four buttons ready to use via PCF8574 and working on I2C bus. Driver SSD1306 OLED 128x64
TFT display is full color IPS type using SPI bus. Driver ST7735 160x128pixels. Buttons on additional PINS (as above available via PCF8574)

Yes, Tasmota/TasmARI can work with Matter - need to be compiled with additional conditions but it's native supported.

I talked to @Beetle on Fujiama and he could do it, but I think it would be easier if I just redesigned the board a bit smaller. Either way is open :-)

I like the project, but I don't have any IoT or HomeAutomation (and don't want some), so I have no use at the moment.

i have HomeAssistant and can't wait to test this!

I asked Beetle for a MIDI-Mate case based on his FujiNet case. The result was a mix of his design and my ideas.

I'd prefer a similar case for the TasmARI, not a PCB that fits into something that was intended for something else.

So yes, I would like a TasmARI with TFT. Our roller shutters are Somfy and the new lighting over the kitchen sink are controlled remotely (not sure if that uses some kind of standard), but maybe I can surprise the neighbors...

Aber für ein bisschen Ausprobieren würde ich mir eine fernsteuerbare Glühbirne anschaffen

Fertig programmiertes ESP32-S3+ alles fertig bestückt und direkt Einsatzbereit mit Tasmata OS und Anleitung so wie Printgehäuse. Wäre das möglich?
